Job Title: Support Team Member - UK wide including remote working

PVolt is a leading provider of solar energy solutions in the UK, and we are seeking motivated and adaptable Support Team Members to join our growing team both full and part time. As a Support Team Member at PVolt, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of departments such as  billing, new accounts, admin, Invoicing, broker services, installations, transfers and a number of specialist departments.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Good standard of education with excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and individually.
• IT literate with experience in using Microsoft Office and other business software.
• Confident and quick to adapt to changes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of various departments including billing, new accounts, admin, accounts, broker services, installations, transfers, and specialist departments.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure accurate data entry and processing of customer information.
• Collaborate with team members to meet department goals and targets.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to improve skills and knowledge.
• Assist field based assets with enquiries and assistance as required.
