To ensure the longevity and reliability of our equipment, we have developed the following service/repair policy for our solar and heat pump installations, as well as a separate policy for electrical goods sold but not maintained.

Solar Installations:

PVolt provides a comprehensive warranty for all solar installations. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 25 years from the date of installation. This warranty does not cover damage caused by external factors such as natural disasters or accidents.

PVolt also offers ongoing maintenance services for our solar installations. This includes regular system checkups and cleanings to ensure optimal performance. We recommend scheduling a maintenance appointment with our team once a year. Failure to maintain your system may result in reduced efficiency and an increased risk of damage.



If you experience any issues with your solar installation, please contact PVolt immediately. Our team will diagnose the problem and provide a repair solution as quickly as possible. If the issue is covered under warranty, PVolt will cover the cost of the repair.

Heat Pump Installations:

PVolt provides a comprehensive warranty for all heat pump installations. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 10 years from the date of installation. This warranty does not cover damage caused by external factors such as natural disasters or accidents.

PVolt also offers ongoing maintenance services for our heat pump installations. This includes regular system checkups and cleanings to ensure optimal performance. We recommend scheduling a maintenance appointment with our team once a year. Failure to maintain your system may result in reduced efficiency and an increased risk of damage.

If you experience any issues with your heat pump installation, please contact PVolt immediately. Our team will diagnose the problem and provide a repair solution as quickly as possible. If the issue is covered under warranty, PVolt will cover the cost of the repair.

Electrical Goods Sales:

For electrical goods sold but not maintained by PVolt, we offer a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by external factors such as natural disasters or accidents.

If you experience any issues with your electrical goods purchased from PVolt, please contact us immediately. Our team will diagnose the problem and provide a repair solution as quickly as possible. If the issue is covered under warranty, PVolt will cover the cost of the repair.

Please note that PVolt is not responsible for any damage caused by improper installation or maintenance by a third party.
