Job Title: Customer Management Team (Full-Time and Part-Time)


Location: Halifax and Leeds


We are looking for highly motivated Customer Management experts to join our growing call centre team. As a member of  the Customer Management Team you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through multiple channels including telephone, email, and chat.


Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat
  • Providing excellent customer service and support to resolve issues and exceed customer expectations
  • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times
  • Utilising various software applications to navigate customer accounts, retrieve information, and troubleshoot issues
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and providing feedback to management
  • Meeting and exceeding key performance indicators such as call resolution, customer satisfaction, and productivity metrics
  • Providing support for other departments as needed
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Continuously improving knowledge and skills through ongoing training and development opportunities


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work from home with reliable high-speed internet connection and suitable home office environment
