Anti-Slavery Policy



PVolt is committed to upholding human rights and opposes all forms of slavery, forced labour, and human trafficking. As part of this commitment, PVolt has developed the following anti-slavery policy:



  1. PVolt does not tolerate slavery, forced labour, or human trafficking in any of its operations or supply chains. PVolt expects all its employees, contractors, suppliers, and business partners to comply with this policy and all applicable laws and regulations related to slavery and human trafficking.
  2. PVolt conducts due diligence to identify and assess the risk of slavery and human trafficking in its supply chains. This includes identifying and verifying suppliers, conducting risk assessments, and monitoring compliance with this policy.
  3. PVolt requires all its suppliers and business partners to comply with this policy and all applicable laws and regulations related to slavery and human trafficking. PVolt reserves the right to terminate any relationship with any supplier or business partner who violates this policy or fails to demonstrate compliance.
  4. PVolt provides training and awareness to its employees, contractors, and suppliers on the risks of slavery and human trafficking and how to identify and report potential violations of this policy.
  5. PVolt maintains a process for reporting and investigating potential violations of this policy. PVolt encourages its employees, contractors, suppliers, and business partners to report any concerns or suspected violations of this policy to PVolt's management or through its whistleblower hotline.


PVolt is committed to continuously improving its anti-slavery policy and practices to ensure that its operations and supply chains are free from slavery and human trafficking. PVolt expects all its employees, contractors, suppliers, and business partners to share this commitment and work together to prevent and eliminate slavery and human trafficking.
